Full-Time | First Shift | Hourly Non-Exempt

$24.00 - $28.00 Hourly (Depends on Experience)

GFP is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Cost Estimator to support estimating, quoting, and production data activities in our manufacturing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, supporting internal teams, and helping support efficient project execution in a professional office environment.

We're looking for someone who is analytical, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing detailed information in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing cost estimates
• Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements
• Enter and maintain estimating data within ERP systems
• Organize quote documentation and supporting project information
• Help ensure accuracy of production, labor, and material data
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and internal departments
• Update estimate revisions and track project changes
• Support reporting, data collection, and process improvements
• Assist with identifying discrepancies between estimated and actual costs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing, estimating, project coordination, administrative support, or data management preferred
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and technical information
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• ERP system experience preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

• $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary
