Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, ensuring that your approach is aligned with client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical considerations are met.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and effective care, participating in case consultations to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Staying current with trends and advancements in the field of clinical social work, integrating new information into daily practice to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, focusing primarily on delivering psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
