At Regions, the BlackArch Investment Banker develops BlackArch's client relationships in the assigned sector and oversees the transaction process. Primary Responsibilities Identifies and develops business opportunities Evaluates and analyzes client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client’s distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation Maintains client communication Leads transaction structuring and execution efforts Mentors and supervises junior bankers This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements Bachelor's degree Seven (7) years of experience in Investment Banking, with strong merger and acquisition knowledge and the proven ability to model solutions for clients Series 79 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain them within three (3) months of employment Preferences Master of Business Administration (MBA) Skills and Competencies Ability to generate advisory revenues Ability to think strategically Strong analytical and quantitative skills Strong sales abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. Job Range Target: Minimum: $274,300.95 USD 50th Percentile: $305,098.50 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
