About the Position

Don Vance Auto Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Staff member to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, handling administrative duties, processing paperwork, and providing support to the sales, service, and accounting departments.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Process and maintain dealership paperwork and records
Assist with vehicle sales and service documentation
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
Handle filing, scanning, and document management
Support accounting functions, including receivables, payables, and cashiering as needed
Process mail and office correspondence
Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Hours of Operation

Office staff schedules will be based on dealership business hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
