Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.What You'll DoManage multiple pavement marking and traffic safety projects from award through closeout.Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and equipment allocations.Coordinate with Operations, Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure successful project execution.Monitor project budgets, production, labor, and equipment utilization.Review contracts, specifications, and project requirements.Build strong relationships with customers, inspectors, DOT representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.Manage project documentation, change orders, forecasts, and project closeout.Identify and resolve project risks, schedule conflicts, and operational challenges.Support Estimating by providing production feedback and assisting with project handoffs.Travel to project sites throughout Virginia and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region as needed.What We're Looking For5+ years of project management experience in pavement marking, traffic control, highway construction, roadway maintenance, or heavy civil construction.Experience managing DOT and municipal construction projects.Strong knowledge of VDOT specifications and roadway construction practices preferred.Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and contracts.Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Preferred ExperiencePavement marking or traffic control operationsVDOT contracts and public works projectsAirport or parking lot marking projectsChange order managementMicrosoft Project, Primavera, HeavyJob, HCSS, B2W, or similar construction softwareWhy Join Mullens Markings?Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffProfessional Development & Career GrowthOpportunity to lead projects that improve roadway safety throughout the Mid-Atlantic regionSupportive team environment backed by the strength and resources of Road Safety ServicesIf you're ready to lead challenging projects, build lasting customer relationships, and grow your career with an industry leader, apply today!Mullens Markings is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
