Experienced Accountant

We are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards. Job Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will primarily be sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
