We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Assembly Operators.In this hands-on role, you will perform assembly tasks, operate manufacturing equipment, and help ensure products meet established quality and safety standards. We provide 3–4 weeks of training on first shift to help new hires learn the job and become comfortable with our processes.If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, we encourage you to apply!Pay and ScheduleStarting pay: $16.00 per hourSecond-shift differential: Additional $2.00 per hour, for a total of $18.00 per hourFirst shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PMSecond shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PMWorkdays: Monday–FridayTraining: All new hires will train on first shift for 3–4 weeks.Overtime: Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.This position follows a swing-shift schedule.
