Our front desk and hospitality team are the face of our brand setting the tone for every guest interaction with professionalism, warmth, and expertise. We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa. What You'll Do Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries What We're Looking For 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software Flexible availability including evenings and weekends What Success Looks Like Averaging $25/hr in retail sales Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate Consistently high guest satisfaction scores Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus monthly performance bonuses 5% retail commission with tiered bonus incentives Complimentary and discounted spa services Potential growth path to Key Holder and management roles Ongoing training and a supportive, collaborative team culture If you love creating five-star experiences and want to grow your career in luxury hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
