This role ensures all projects are tracked, compliant, and executed consistently through effective systems, standards, and coordination. This role does not contribute to production design work and operates with limited oversight.Location: Indianapolis, IndianaBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 100% company paid for employeesPaid vacation & holidays401(k) company match30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years of employmentStable employment with a growing companyHighly competitive salaryQualifications:Experience in project coordination, operations, or process management within construction, engineering, or design environmentDemonstrated experience improving workflows, systems, or operational processesStrong understanding of design and construction workflows preferredStrong ability to manage and improve processes across multiple concurrent projectsAbility to drive accountability and enforce standards across cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail with focus on consistency, standardization, and process effectivenessStrong communication and leadership presence in coordinating across engineering, BIM, VDC, and preconstructionAbility to identify root causes of workflow issues and implement practical solutionsWorking understanding of BIM/Revit workflows and project lifecycleAbility to operate independently with limited oversight and make sound operational decisionsTechnology & Tools:Microsoft OfficeAutodesk Build and document management systemsEssential Job Functions:Day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to the following:Own execution and continuous improvement of the Engineering Department QMS across all active projectsEstablish and maintain full visibility of all projects, ensuring no active work is untracked or unmanagedLead weekly Engineering Department WIP meetings, driving accountability, resolution of issues, and forward progressEvaluate workflows across engineering, BIM, VDC, and preconstruction, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistencyOwn Autodesk Build structure, standards, and data integrity, ensuring it is maintained as a reliable source of truthDrive accountability across teams by enforcing deadlines, ensuring follow-through, and escalating issues with recommended solutionsIdentify recurring issues across projects and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat occurrencesOwn development, tracking, and closure of SOPs, ensuring adoption and alignment with department operationsOwn and drive development, adoption, and enforcement of department standards, including QMS, BEP, and RASCI structuresDeliver weekly reporting identifying project risks, bottlenecks, and required actionsMaintain integrity and organization of project data, ensuring accessibility and accuracy across all platformsOther jobs duties as assigned based on the changing needs of the businessWorking/ Environment/ Physical Demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
