Quality Manager

An automotive components manufacturer based on tool and die and metal stamping seeks a hands‑on Quality Manager. Experience in the metal stamping process is ideal.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Quality, Industrial, or related Engineering Minimum of 3-10 years Quality management experience in automotive components manufacturing setting Significant experience in recognized quality systems (ISO, TS, QMS). Experience with PPAP and related duties Corrective actions, continuous improvement & customer/subcontractor relations Quality Systems knowledge of TS16949/IS09001/ISO14001

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven track record of building and managing a QA team Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior organizational abilities a must. Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously with changing priorities Proficiency in inspection techniques, CMM programming and management of a metrology laboratory PC based computing experience (MS Office, Minitab, Datamyte, etc) Training certifications (CQE, CQA, RAB) desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Rogers Group
