Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and substance use concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of presenting symptoms.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss client care strategies, ensure cohesive treatment delivery, and share insights on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, effectively managing emergency situations and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Continuously engage in professional development, staying informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
