Make a difference as a Nurse

As a Part-Time Nurse at Everbloom Memory Care, you will engage in a variety of daily responsibilities that ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. Your day will involve conducting health assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications in adherence to established protocols. You will closely monitor residents’ conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with both family members and interdisciplinary team members. Additionally, you will provide emotional support and education to residents and their families, fostering a nurturing environment.

• To succeed as a PRN/Part-Time Nurse Consultant at Everbloom Memory Care, you will need a combination of essential skills and qualifications.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing and a current unencumbered Oregon RN license is mandatory to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in geriatric nursing, including proficiency in medication administration and familiarity with delivery systems and pharmacies, is crucial for providing high-quality care.
• Your strong computer skills are necessary for utilizing our electronic charting and medical records systems effectively.
• Familiarity with Office 365 applications—such as Word, Excel, and Outlook—will support daily documentation and communication.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members, residents, and management.
• Additionally, your ability to multitask, analyze data, prioritize tasks, and work in a team-oriented environment will contribute to a seamless workflow and elevate the care experience for our residents.
