WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand what is happening and what needs to happen next. Diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water-pressure problems Clear drain stoppages and identify sewer-line concerns Diagnose, repair, and maintain standard and tankless water heaters Work with gas piping, water-quality equipment, and other residential plumbing systems Identify safety, code, and performance concerns Explain findings and appropriate options clearly and without pressure Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience on every call Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices Communicate with dispatch, management, and the rest of the team Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked Participate in the on-call rotation and ongoing training Follow company safety, quality, and plumbing-code standards WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Three years of residential plumbing service experience requested, but not required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and safe work practices Excellent communication and customer-service skills Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing Relevant licenses, certifications, apprenticeships, or manufacturer training are a plus Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation WHY TRAVIS CRAWFORD?
