The Group achieves this through progressive people strategies and modern employee experiences that attract and retain top talent and helps everyone pursue continuous growth and meaningful work at the Bank.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists with the coordination of the Bank's recruitment activities, including professional, undergraduate, and graduate hiring, by serving as a central point of support for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the interview and evaluation process. You will facilitate the scheduling of complex, multi-panel interview logistics, ensuring all detail such as feedback forms, required documents, directions, and candidate materials are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.How You'll Make an Impact as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:Act as liaison between client business groups and recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedulesCommunicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (distribution/collection of feedback forms, resumes, detailed directions, interview logistics, required documents, etc.)Assist recruiters with various support and ad hoc requests involving resumes, candidates or workflow related matters.Provide high-quality candidate and hiring managers client service experience to ensure a successful interview and visit experienceProvide additional administrative support as neededThe Unique Skill Sets We're Looking For:Shows enthusiasm for growing within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, contributing curiosity, professionalism, and a desire to expand capability.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships across teams and communicate effectively.Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and proactively supports recruiters and hiring teams.Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple calendars and stakeholders simultaneously.Salary Range: $63800 - $86800/ yearWe believe in transparency at the New York Fed.
