Senior .NET Developer

Salary: $71,000 - 111,000 per year Requirements:

• 12–15 years of C#/.NET application development experience, including team leadership, mentoring mid-level and junior developers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering quality.
• Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8 or later, and Entity Framework/EF Core.
• Strong relational database experience; PostgreSQL is preferred, with Oracle or SQL Server also acceptable.
• Experience designing ASP.NET Core Web APIs using REST for front-end integration.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with unit, integration, and regression testing frameworks, as well as TDD and mocking.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and static code analysis tools such as SonarQube.
• Ability to understand and safely refactor large, unfamiliar codebases.
• Exceptional attention to correctness, particularly for financial and benefit calculations.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience integrating with enterprise job schedulers such as Stonebranch, Control-M, or CA7.
• Experience with Npgsql, EF Core performance internals, or ORM migrations.

• Lead the development team and mentor mid-level and junior C# developers.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering quality.
• Read, assess, and safely refactor large, unfamiliar codebases.
