Client Support Representative

We’re looking for a Client Support Representative to join our talented and growing Support team. In this position, you’ll be expected to provide guidance, education, and solutions to our clients, demonstrating empathy, quick‑thinking, and an understanding of web development, real estate, and digital media. You’ll partner with agents to grow their businesses. Must be willing to work 6 am‑6 pm PT. Location: Scottsdale/Kierland. Full‑time in‑office during training (3–4 weeks), then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home). Essential Functions Live chatting with clients to assist them in real time Answering incoming calls to resolve client questions and returning callback requests Emailing clients and providing them with frequent updates Uncovering upsell opportunities through active listening and needs‑based discovery Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer requests effectively Actively managing case workload to ensure prompt follow‑up and continuous customer engagement Triaging and reporting technical issues to the product team Supporting and assisting teammates Preferred Skills Skilled at learning and using customer management platforms like Salesforce Identifying opportunities for website design enhancements Maintaining composure and clarity when handling high‑pressure situations Exceptional active listening—picking up on what customers say, what they imply, and what they truly need Teaching customers how to maximize platform value and achieve success independently Communicating complicated technology to clients with expertise ranging from novice to advanced Being a team player, teaching and helping customers Curiosity: you love to dig into problems and find solutions Start‑up hustle & teamwork Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience working in customer service; website or real estate experience a plus A deep sense of empathy for customers The ability to be an out‑of‑the‑box thinker and be resourceful The drive to solve client problems with a high degree of quality and efficiency A can‑do attitude and brings positive energy to every task and interaction Benefits $21.63–$24.00 an hour.
