Payroll and HR Support Specialist - Hybrid Arcoro 3200 E Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85018 Salary: 55,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD / YEAR About the Job: ThePayroll & HR Support Specialist will resolve platform or service problemsby clarifying the customer's inquiry, determining the cause of the issue, andproviding the best resolution in real time and/or follow upcommunications. Thisrole is 50/50: deep technical troubleshooting and hands-on, high-touch customercommunication. You'll own the customer relationship through resolution, nothand off after diagnosis. This isapplication/product support for Arcoro's SaaS platform. Not IT helpdesk,desktop support, or network administration. You won't be resetting passwords orfixing laptops; you'll be diagnosing why a payroll calculation, integration, orbenefits rule is behaving unexpectedly inside our software What You Will Be Doing: Triagecustomerissuesandfollowsupportguidelinesforescalationtosecondlevelsupportstaffand/or management as needed. Demonstrates adeep knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance Resolvesproductorserviceproblemsbyclarifyingtheclient'srequest,determiningthecauseofthe problem,selectingand explaining the best solution to solvethe problem,expeditingcorrection or adjustment, following upto ensure resolution Respondtosupportrequestsviatickets,chat,email,andphonesuccessfullyinafast-pacedenvironment Work closely withproduct & development teams toidentifyand addressrecurringpayrollsoftware bugs. Understandandutilizetheappropriateescalationpath Maintainclientrelationshipsbyservicingclientswithawill-doattitude Demonstrateconcernforsatisfyingexternaland/orinternalclients Demonstratestheabilitytotackleaproblembyusingalogical,systematic,sequentialapproach Regularlymonitorcommunicationthrough all company channels (Zendesk, Outlook,Teams,etc). Othercustomercare-relatedsupportdutiesasassigned Preferred Qualifications: An up-to-dateFundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials Strongunderstanding of payroll compliance and regulations. 3+yearsofexperienceinacustomerservice,B2BSaaScustomersupport,technicalservice,orotherrelated support role & payroll experience. 1+Yearexperiencesupportingbenefits,Payroll, orotherrelevant software functionality. Strongcustomerservice,communication,andinterpersonalskills. Hybrid – in PHXoffice as outlined by role.
