Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing our advanced telehealth technology to connect therapists and patients across Arizona. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of some schedule adjustments based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather information and accurately identify patients' needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions, adapting techniques to best suit the remote environment.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and provide insights into common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff to promote coordinated care and integrated service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention services and timely support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients have access to immediate care when needed.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment methods, and supportive community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, within the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a proven ability to conduct assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and sound clinical judgment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Path Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
