Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Panel Wire Technician to join a growing team near Perrysburg, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Position Overview The Panel Wire Technician will build, wire, and test custom electrical control panels in a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical wiring, the ability to interpret schematics, and the assembly of control systems while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate panel wiring
• Wire components such as relays, PLCs, switches, transformers, and circuit breakers
• Measure, bend, and install conduit runs to support panel installations
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality checks
• Lift and position parts or panels as needed during assembly and installation

Qualifications

• Previous experience wiring electrical control panels or performing similar industrial electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with conduit bending and installation techniques
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in electrical or industrial systems preferred
