Position Overview As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Southfield, MI. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to generate new leads and conduct appointments both inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage proactive lead generation and referrals. Use knowledge of bank products and services to grow the share of wallet, attract new consumer and business households, and translate client information from various sources into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Lead ecosystem relationships inside and outside the branch as a Community of Interest (COI). Work across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, ensuring partners provide updates and referrals. Enhance the client experience and hospitality through advanced conversation skills. Deliver client well‑being with tailored solutions that align with wholistic needs—deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing—solving problems courteously and with urgency, and advocating for clients across product, support, and operations. Collaborate with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals, working closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker. Create client loyalty and grow the share of wallet through lobby engagement, product positioning, and technology-enabled solutions, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits and a heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
