Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products. Hands-on expertise with banking APIs, integrations, and digital platforms. Ability to lead large-scale projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in application solution architecture and designing banking solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements for Core Banking system enhancements and integrations. Analyze and optimize banking processes, including client onboarding, account processing, General Ledger (GL) management, product types, and account types. Work on loan processing, teller processing, tax processing, statement creation, and sweeps to improve efficiency and compliance. Assess and implement APIs used for Core Banking systems, ensuring seamless integration with external applications. Partner with architects and developers to design scalable application solutions that align with business needs and technology trends. Support large-scale transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and operations teams.
