Position Summary:

As a barista, you'll be the face of our grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace, crafting quality bevarages, delivering top-tier customer servive, and creating memorable moments for the guest on the go. Whether guaests are catching a flight or winding down after a long travel day, you'll be there to serve them with efficiency, warmth, and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Rooted Grounds Coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks
• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards and service culture

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communicaion and guest service skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and Holidays
