Sr. Property Claims Adjuster

Description Own the large-loss claims handling approach for Steadily. Manage a caseload of large and complex property losses exceeding $100k from assignment to resolution. Request appraisals, estimates, cause origin reports, and other investigation reports. Investigate the origin and cause by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, SIU, law enforcement, and other adjusters. Scope, evaluate, and negotiate high severity property damage, including total losses and structural damage. Set and maintain accurate reserves on high exposure files. Requirements 3+ years experience adjusting P&C claims with large, complex losses >$100k. Adjuster license required; leadership experience a plus; AIC/ARM a plus. Self-driven; thrives under pressure; manages high-stakes caseload with precision. Hungry to join an early-stage tech company; not a traditional 9‑5 job. Project management experience a plus; may assist on projects. Strong communication and investigation skills.
