ROLE DESCRIPTION:

A Fast-Growing State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Insurance Customer Care Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through taking care of customer needs and providing remarkable customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with clients on a daily basis over the phone or in person on their insurance and financial services needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS:

• Property and Casualty license is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
