Infant Care Assistant Childcare Center Position

Responsibilities Support lead teachers in the classroom by assisting with daily activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the well-being of infants. Help implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. Create meaningful and positive relationships with infants, families, and coworkers. Communicate with parents through daily interactions and updates, providing assurance and support for their child’s care. Adhere to Berwyn Early Learning Academy's policies and state regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and safety. Qualifications 1 year of prior experience in childcare preferred. High School Diploma required. Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
