This is a full-time, onsite position based in our office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-volume transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and takes pride in maintaining efficient financial processes while collaborating with a supportive team. What You'll Do Processing a high volume of vendor invoices with speed and accuracy. Preparing and executing check runs while ensuring timely and accurate payments. Maintaining accounts payable records using Aderant and Elite accounting systems. Posting journal entries and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy. Leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze and manage financial information. Performing three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation. Reviewing and processing employee expense reports in accordance with company policies. Assisting with month-end activities and supporting the accounting team on special projects as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Hands-on experience with Aderant and/or Elite accounting software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and working with large datasets. Experience processing high-volume invoices, vendor payments, and check runs. Strong understanding of AP best practices, reconciliations, and three-way matching. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
