Nytech Heating, Cooling & Plumbing started with just two guys and a couple of vans doing duct work. About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, if you enjoy talking to customers and being part of a team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services
Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers
Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs
Perform "happy calls" and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately take and relay messages
Escalate customer concerns to management when needed
Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction
Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
