Express Employment Professionals is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a large manufacturing client with first-, second-, and third-shift openings.

Pay: $22-$30/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. All three shifts available.

Recruiting Location

The listed address is Express Employment Professionals' recruiting office, not the client worksite. Applications and initial screening are handled through Express. Client and worksite details are shared after Express's initial screening.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC machines using existing programs.
Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
Check finished parts against specifications using precision measuring tools.
Perform routine quality checks and maintain a safe, organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
Ability to read blueprints and verify part dimensions.
Strong attention to quality and safe machine operation.
CNC programming experience is not required; however, CNC Programmers are encouraged to apply.

You do not need to write CNC programs for this role. Programming is handled separately, and operators are primarily responsible for machine setup, operation, and quality verification.
