Ignite Communication and Connection in the Sunshine State – Become Our Speech Language Pathologist
What if your next career step was not just a position but a mission to give purpose to communication? In the dynamic city of Orlando, Florida, your role as a Speech Language Pathologist transcends traditional therapy; it's about empowering individuals to find their voice, rebuild confidence, and foster connections, whether you're helping a toddler articulate their first words or assisting seniors in regaining their autonomy.
This position offers a diverse opportunity to support a variety of patients across their lifespan within an engaging outpatient environment, while also providing occasional inpatient care. Whether your passion lies in pediatric language milestones, treating adult neurogenic disorders, or facilitating rehabilitation for older adults with cognitive-linguistic challenges, you will find a satisfying and flexible role here.
Conduct assessments across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized testing and observational methods.
Craft personalized therapy plans to target immediate concerns and shape long-lasting communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.
Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on speech clarity, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
Partner with physical and occupational therapists, medical staff, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care approaches.
Provide educational resources to patients and families to help maintain progress outside the clinical space.
Function in a limited capacity with inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring seamless care continuity throughout each patient's therapeutic journey.
Ensure meticulous and timely documentation to meet compliance with both legal and organizational standards.
Pursue ongoing professional development via continuing education and peer collaboration to stay ahead in your field.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based practices suitable for a broad range of ages, with a deep understanding of speech, language, and swallowing challenges that may be developmental or acquired.
Top-notch interpersonal communication skills for effective engagement with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Adaptability in therapy techniques to respect and meet various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong analytical skills and clinical judgment to address diverse patient needs.
Comfort in handling electronic health records and documentation processes.
Attractive compensation based on experience.
Flexible working hours promoting work-life harmony and a diverse range of cases.
Options to specialize in pediatric care, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
Paid time off (PTO) along with holiday remuneration.
Healthcare insurance options including medical, dental, and vision.
Support for continuing education as well as opportunities for professional advancement.
A collaborative work environment bolstered by a commitment to high standards of care and ongoing learning.
In this exciting role, you will not merely deliver speech therapy — you will become an integral part of a heartfelt mission to amplify voices, enhance communication, and cultivate delightful moments through everyday interactions: the essence of connection and understanding.
You'll collaborate with a team that feels like family, in a supportive atmosphere that values cooperation over competition. Every patient's journey is unique, and you'll be entrusted to play a crucial role in weaving their narrative.

We seek a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist who is motivated not only by success but by compassion. If you visualize the silent child as one who has yet to discover their voice, or if you hear the hesitant speech of a patient as a call to advocate tenacity and strength, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
You may have a background in pediatrics eager to embrace adult care, or you might specialize in neuro-based therapies wishing to delve into early intervention.
Whatever your specialty, if you are ready to serve with passion and lead through diligence, we are excited to welcome you into our team.
If you believe that speech transcends mere sounds and that therapy embodies so much more than tasks completed — if you recognize the importance of trust in achieving goals and understand the joy embedded in laughter — then this opportunity may well be the next exciting chapter in your professional narrative.
