Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the appropriate State Board
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued, though motivated new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals
• Ability to create a positive, supportive environment for students across a range of abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students' IEP goals are met
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families to support students' mobility and physical access to the curriculum
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation for all services rendered
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest practices in school-based and pediatric physical therapy
