Our PROfessional Recruiter role is responsible to work directly with PROMAN’s clients to understand their direct hire staffing needs, sourcing/screening candidates to the requirements and expectation of our client.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, branch network and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Design a recruiting strategy to attract the best candidates for client’s open opportunity.
• Fully vet candidates for client’s open position.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Coordinate interviews between client & candidate, ensuring qualification align with position expectations and requirements.
• Conducts interviews of candidates to assess skill sets, personality, and job search criteria.
• Debriefs clients and candidates after interviews to assess the fit between the two parties.
• Negotiates the terms of the offer between the two parties and establishes timelines for resignation and start date.
• Manage job postings on all job boards i.e., LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Actively source candidates for all open roles as assigned.
• Identify potential clients by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Skill market pipeline candidates to prospective clients.
• Keep client/candidate files updated.
• Accountable to providing accurate reporting of KPI’s and candidate/order tracking to management.
• Documents all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of direct hire recruiting experience across industrial and business professional industries.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Impeccable time management skills.
• 2-4 years’ experience consultative selling to prospective clients.
• Past involvement in organized sports, military, or similarly structured competitive environments.
• Ability to work independently and keeping on task in a remote position.
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PRC would be advantageous.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools (ATS, Microsoft TEAMs, Calendly, boolean) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to consistently meet KPIs as they relate to recruiting activity.
