Job Title: Recruiter Industry: Manufacturing / Distribution Location (City, State): Lake Forest, IL Pay: $33.00 - $38.00/hour- - contract to hire basis Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description: The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of hourly, skilled, and professional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the pre-employment process. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across manufacturing and distribution operations. Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend effective recruiting approaches. Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records. Guide candidates through the offer, background check, and pre-employment process. Coordinate with staffing partners supporting contingent workforce hiring. Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and HR systems. Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements. Participate in recruiting events and community outreach to build talent pipelines. Qualifications : 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Manufacturing recruiting experience is required. Agency recruiting experience is welcome. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
