Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for conference room audio-visual systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Neat, and AppSpace solutions.
- Assist users with meeting setup, scheduling, and technical issues.
- Perform system health checks and site walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues.
- Deliver end-user training and collaborate with senior AV team members.
- Support AV equipment installation and maintenance
- Minimum 1 year of experience with audio-visual technologies.
- Minimum 1 year of technical end-user support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Neat, or similar AV platforms.
- Basic networking knowledge preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work under tables when needed.
