Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect based in United States. As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with clients to design and deliver technology solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will translate complex business and technical requirements into practical solution architectures aligned with client objectives. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and client-facing communication. You will guide solutions through validation, delivery, and deployment while collaborating closely with engineering teams. You will also help remote teams follow solution designs and technical best practices. This is an opportunity to work with cloud, SaaS, AI, and emerging technologies in a fast-moving environment serving financial services organizations. Accountabilities: - Partner with clients to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes, then propose comprehensive technology solutions. - Translate business needs into clear technical visions, architectures, and implementation plans aligned with client objectives. - Create detailed technical documentation, including statements of work, to establish clear expectations and alignment among stakeholders. - Lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance standards are met. - Collaborate with engineering teams throughout agile development cycles to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges. - Educate and mentor distributed teams on solution designs, implementation approaches, and technical best practices. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Continuously explore AI tools and emerging technologies to automate workflows, optimize processes, and turn complex concepts into practical solutions. Requirements: - 5+ years of client-facing development experience with a strong focus on solution architecture and technical design. - Professional experience or familiarity with banking, financial services, or fintech is required.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with back-end development using Node. js, Python, and/or Ruby. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a solid understanding of SaaS development and lifecycle practices. - Experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams in agile development environments. - Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to identify needs and address challenges independently. - Strong enthusiasm for AI, with a demonstrated willingness to experiment with modern AI tools and apply them to workflow automation and process optimization. - Experience with contact centers, telephony/VoIP, financial services, and/or healthcare technology is a plus. - Familiarity with serverless, AI, big data, or other emerging technologies within enterprise technology environments is advantageous. - Relevant cloud platform or solution architecture certifications are a bonus.
