How you'll make an impact in this role

• Surface Preparation & Restoration: Wash, scrape, sand, torch, and smooth interior and exterior surfaces, equipment, and furniture prior to finishing.
• Coating Application & Color Matching: Expertly apply paint, stains, varnish, lacquer, and protective coats to structural surfaces while accurately matching and tinting products for seamless maintenance.
• Equipment & Safety Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and safely store tools and supplies, keeping work areas clean and adhering strictly to disposal policies and procedures.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 3 years Maintenance Technician
• 3 years Painting experience
