HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist (Temp-to-Hire) Location: West Hollywood, CA Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities Process payroll for 50–100 employees using Paylocity Handle employee relations and HR support Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance Maintain HR records and support benefits administration Qualifications 5–10 years of HR experience Payroll experience required (Paylocity preferred) Restaurant/café industry experience a plus Strong communication and employee relations skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required) Pay Details $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
