TECHNICAL MANAGER

The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S.The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the technical team, ensuring all arcade and game equipment is maintained in top condition. This role ensures high-quality service, guest satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Technical Manager sets performance standards, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a positive, safety-focused work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & SupervisionSupervise, train, and develop Technicians and Technical AssistantsConduct interviews, performance reviews, and assist in hiring and terminationsProvide coaching, progressive discipline, and recognition as neededEnsure consistent communication, feedback, and quarterly performance check-insFoster collaboration across departments and represent the team in internal meetingsOperations & MaintenanceTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain arcade games and attractionsDevelop and manage preventive maintenance schedulesEnsure all equipment meets company and safety standardsTrack and control parts inventory; minimize downtime and expensesMonitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaLead by example by working shifts and supporting peak hours as neededCustomer Service & QualityResolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure a superior guest experience by keeping games in excellent conditionUphold company values in service delivery and presentationSupport compliance with quality assurance programs and safety protocolsAdditional DutiesSupport other locations with game moves or operational improvementsAssist in company initiatives and projects as assigned by the General ManagerRepresent the company with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindsetRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferredMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician or in a similar roleSupervisory experience a plusFamily Entertainment Group is an equal opportunity employer.
