Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Transplant Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Step-Down Unit
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and step-down level care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support transplant patient care plans
• Assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed
• Participate in charge nurse training and shadowing opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down nursing
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a transplant or specialty Med-Surg unit
• Previous charge nurse experience or leadership interest
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
