• Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning

• Develops, implements and modifies the patient care plan as indicated by patient's conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems

• Administer medications using barcode scanning

• Ensures all required documentation completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients

• Demonstrates adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS

• Respectful and effective communication with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care

Job Requirements

Required

• Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University

• Registered Nurse: MN

• Basic Life Support - CPR

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Pay Range

$36.16 - $53.22 /hour
