Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with.OverviewThe EFP (External Fulfillment Planner) will report directly to the Project Operations Supervisor and work to maximize the efficiency of internal operations.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and Approve contract packages for accuracy and completeness based on policy requirementsCountersign contracts on behalf of Sunrun;Send contract documents to customer being our partner;Verify accuracy and completeness of Proposals and Service Contracts in SFDCEvaluate documents required as milestone proof and approve milestones for accuracy and completenessManage incomplete submissions through Partner Portal and SFDC, proprietary databasesAssist in ad hoc projects such as audit document collection, asset ingestion, etc.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to work evenings and weekendsPossess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to understand key business concepts at a macro levelGood analytical and structured problem solving skillsBe flexible and able to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organizationAbility and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processesStrong Internet and research skillsThorough understanding of G-SuiteExperience with Salesforce.com a plusAbility to work independentlyRecruiter:Jacquie Hoffman (View email address on click.appcast.io)Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith for this position only.
