Operations Manager - Beverly Hills

Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the operational success of the Beverly Hills boutique by partnering with the Store Manager and corporate teams. This role oversees stock management, facilities, security, finance compliance, POS and communication systems while providing process improvements and solutions. The Operations Manager leads a small operations team and ensures an efficient, secure, and customer-focused store environment. Responsibilities Manage, recruit, train and develop a team of 2-3 operations direct reports; coach on performance and professional development. Oversee retail operations and internal controls, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and health and safety protocols. Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, merchandise reception, supplier returns and shipping procedures; report inventory results to Store Manager and partners. Lead loss prevention, cash controls, physical security and risk management activities and audits. Support Client Care operations and facilities maintenance to maintain boutique standards and back-of-house organization. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of management experience with a minimum of two direct reports. Professional presentation, excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills; team player.
