Job Description
Minimum 2 years of experience required. COVID Vaccine - Required. Travel experience highly preferred. ACLS, BLS - AHA REQUIRED. Comfortable with Drips - Required.
All agency travelers must demonstrate competency in interpretation of cardiac rhythms. Previous completion of PALS, ACLS, etc. is not acceptable as a demonstration of this competency. You will be expected to satisfactorily complete a 20-question multiple choice rhythm identification test administered by UW Health.
You must pass with an overall score of 80% AND correctly identify 4 life-threatening rhythms (i.e. Ventricular Fibrillation, Ventricular Tachycardia, Asystole and Third Degree/Complete Heart Block).
You will have 2 attempts to complete this test.
The test must be completed by the Wednesday prior to your start date.
Instructions for accessing the test are attached. By creating and using this program account, you are verifying that you are the individual completing this test independently.
Do not take test until you are prepared to pass. You must complete the test in one sitting. If you start the test and log out before completion it will count as one of your attempts. Incomplete tests cannot be reset and will be counted as a fail.
There are optional study materials and practice questions available once you log in to the program.
