Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, facilitating smooth sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Customer Service & General Support Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate product information and explain service offerings. Maintain accurate customer records, CRM notes, and account information. Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues as appropriate. Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries. Build positive customer relationships by providing timely and professional service. Order Processing & Sales Support Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Support the sales team with quotes, order status updates, and customer handoffs. Process sample requests. Forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries. Track shipments and requested ship dates. Prepare customer documentation, including quotes and invoices as needed. Maintain accurate order records and customer information. Qualifications Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Reliable, professional, and dependable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
