In this patient-facing role, you will provide direct clinical support, assist providers during exams and procedures, and help ensure a seamless care experience through strong coordination and compassionate patient care.

- Provide direct patient care and support providers during examinations and procedures.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with patient flow.
- Obtain vital signs, perform vision screenings, and complete authorized clinical tests.
- Assist with office-based diagnostic procedures and treatments within scope of practice.
- Prepare electronic prescriptions for provider review and processing according to policy.
- Process laboratory specimens, ensure accurate labeling, and maintain clinical instruments and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting OR
- Nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification from one of the following organizations:
- NAHP
- NCCT
- AAMA
- AMT
- NHA
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
