SVP Relationship Manager - Digital Tech, Comms

Responsibilities drive new client acquisition across the FinTech sector develop deep expertise in payment intermediaries, merchant acquirers, payment processors navigate complexity of client's flows and recommend products present to compliance and risk committee to onboard PI entity interpret legal opinions and review risks of PI's counterparties develop and execute outbound business development strategies represent Citi at industry conferences and forums advise clients proactively by sharing relevant market intelligence collaborate with product specialists to structure solutions identify and develop cross-sell opportunities oversee the credit relationship for each client Requirements 10+ years of experience in commercial banking (with at least 5+ years in the fintech) strong knowledge of fintech and payments infrastructure ability to evaluate client business models credit skills including structuring complex credit transactions deep knowledge of banking and investment products FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses, or the commitment and eligibility to obtain them upon joining ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills comfort with data-driven decision-making Certifications & Qualifications FINRA Series 79 FINRA Series 63
