About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7pm - 7am Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous ICU experience License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing Certifications: ACLS and BLS certification from AHA Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare personnel Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.
