Assistant District Manager | Chicago, IL Company: The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations: Chicago, IL Additional Locations: NA Work Site: On Site Req ID: 226741 Position Overview Assist the District Manager in the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market served by performing the following duties. Job Duties What You’ll Do: Work as a tree doctor that makes house calls. Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees. Provide customers with estimates based on their needs. Develop and update annual plant health care programs. Create and build relationship with new and existing clients. Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff. As part of the office management team you assist the District Manager in the direction of the team.
