Home Dialysis RN Educator & Case Manager

DaVita is seeking an organized and self-directed RN to manage Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patients in Des Moines, Iowa. You will educate both patients and caregivers, allowing them to perform dialysis independently at home. Responsibilities include training on HHD procedures, managing patient care, and conducting home visits.
