Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity critical care unit. These travel positions offer the opportunity to work with advanced technology and a dedicated team in a leading healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to patients with complex medical needs.
• Manage invasive procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and vasopressor drips.
• Monitor and interpret patient data using GE monitors and other advanced equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all patient care accurately in Meditech system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including infection control protocols and dress code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU or critical care experience.
• Current ACLS certification; NIH certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation and critical care equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage invasive procedures and ventilated patients.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
