Located in downtown Nashville with paid parking and is onsite every five to six weeks after training. Overview of the Corporate Billing Specialist:

• The Corporate Billing Specialist will prepare and finalize client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
• Review and improve billing descriptions for clarity, consistency, and professional quality
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments
• Provide answers for billing questions, working closely with legal staff and clients
• Keep billing records and documentation well-organized and up to date
• Balance multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Enter and manage financial data within billing and accounting platforms, including generating reports

Qualifications of the Corporate Billing Specialist:

• High volume AP experience
• Ability to work downtown Nashville for training and every five to six weeks
